12 hours coaching – 1.5 hour per week over 8 weeks.
In person in a therapy room in Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland
Coaching sessions will include the following:
- Creating a a daily spiritual practice
- Understanding your energy field, the unseen energy world and negative energies and how they can effects us in a negative way and how to protect yourself.
- Identifying and clearing karmic/trauma patterns and limiting beliefs using tarot cards, inner child healing & shadow work.
- Working with the Archetypes and learning how to integrate the archetypal energy into your energy field so that you can reach your true potential
- Identifying your soul purpose and the lessons you are here to learn in this lifetime
- Learning to develop a deeper soul connection so that you can live a soul led life
- Customised meditations
- Customised tarot spreads to help align you with your true potential.

- Learning to cultivate more self love.
