This little pouch contains all the crystals you will need to keep your 7 main chakras plus the Higher Heart chakra balanced and your mind, body and spirit in harmony. While lying down place each crystal onto its corresponding chakra and meditate for at least 15-20 minutes.

Each crystal has been activated by the full moon. On each full moon place your crystals in the pouch and leave them on your window sill so they can be fully charged up.
